Both of our dishes were absolutely delicious! The pork that came with the rice Shanghai Rice Cake. 上海炒年糕 was very flavorful and tender

75. Salt & Pepper Tofu was not like what I had previously gotten from mama Lu's. These were huge and undercooked. Not fried or crispy. And super spicy.
The 24. Yang Chow Fried Rice was fine and the 63. Honey Walnut Shrimp was such a small portion compared to everything else.

Beef Roll - needed more sauce and I didn't have any at home so it's just BLAND, also the giant cucumber is a no, chop it down.
Rice Cakes - BLAND definitely needed more flavor and I'm mad bc it was almost $20 and the only vegetable in there is CABBAGE, none of the other veggies in the picture that actually have protein
Portions were okay and freshness is okay too. But overall it is overpriced and bland. Would not order again :(

Spicy Wontons .(8) (Pork & Shrimp) 紅油炒手 was spicier than other dumpling restaurants. This is good for me, but you may or may not prefer it that way.
Fried pork bun (6ps) 生煎飽 arrived partly soggy but otherwise ok. Meat patties inside were inconsistent in size. Some fillings were quite small. Not worth the price. Get them from Pine & Crane instead.
Thai Tea was as expected.

Juicy pork Dumplings (10ps) 小龍包 were terrible. The pork was gummy and hard, no soup, and the mystery-meat pork ball had a strange smell. These were not fresh and it's truly disappointing given how good they are at the Mama Lui locations in Monterrey Park. I'm calling to request a refund.
