ordered the # 38 Midtown Reuben , and paid the extra fee for onion rings. I opened the box to find 3 onion rings. Had to jump through hoops to get my money back, because this wasn't even worth the price of the original combo, let alone the upcharge. This restaraunt is a cheap imitation of Manhattan Deli Bar and Grille in Willoughby.

My meatloaf dinner and chocolate milk was 40 bux with delivery. The mash potatoes portion small and tasted like instant mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was dry and tasteless and rhe veggies was definitely from a feozen bag of mixed veggies. This place use to have high quality food. It was so bad i could see this place closing up shopsoon.

Having eaten here MANY times I can say take out was not the same at all.
Ranch was super liquidy, thousand island was a packet. The Vermont Gobbler Combo was a bit skimpy for the price.

I would have given them 0 stars if I could.
I have never had to salt my Ruben before. Neither the corned beef, nor the microscopic amount of sauerkraut had ANY flavor at all. Well, the meat tasted like dirty bathwater smells, but, even salted only tasted like salt. This is the second time in a couple of months. The soup was still quite tasty.
If you want a really good Ruben or corned beef sandwich, try Dean's in Madison. Diner food done right.

I have never had such a terrible meal in my life. I ordered the corn beef sandwich with Swiss. Threw it away after 1 bite which i spit out. Corn beef was more fat than meat - it was burnt and slimy- absolutely disgusting.
The fries were soggy and undercooked despite their name "crispy fries".
I threw the entire meal away and was offered a $5 credit for a $20 meal.
Will never order from Manhattan Deli again and am deleting my door dash app. I order from door dash at least 15 times a month and to be offered $5 refund is an insult.
Customer service is terrible.
