i wasnt able to find an option to add an additional waffle bowl to my ice cream order, so i added a comment saying it would be nice if there was an option to buy another. the very very kind staff gifted me a cone so i could share the ice cream, which was such a surprise to find in my order! their kindness made my day, thank you soo much

Feels like Henderson location is going out of business. Out of common toppings, out of ice cream flavours. Asked for double portion of peanuts and did not get any. Disappointing, especially after paying premium price.

"swiss" chocolate, was differentiated only by chunks of toblerone-like honey nougat which were very unpleasant at ice cream temperature, there is such a thing as"swiss-process" chocolate, but it seems the vendor in this case, was not referring to it. so, #FAIL.
