• 10/17/25The Jamaican beef patty wasn't included, chicken was dry and barely any gravy on the rice and peas and they charge extra now for gravy. Very disappointing cause I order here all the time

• 10/8/25Very good food. Just disappointed on the portion. It's a lot of money for a small amount of the oxtail. I've been ordering Donna's for years. I might have to switch to a new place.

• 12/10/23I was told that I couldnt substitute Jerk Pork for Oxtail because oxtails "is more money" ... both items are listed for $26.40 on the app... buyer beware they arent willing to work with the customers when they run out of food

• 5/14/26This is the second time I bought the buy one get one free steamed veggies and only got one. It's almost $6 for one and they say buy one get one . & as always I asked to make sure the didn't forget the plantains but for whatever reason I never get the plantains. Ever.
