they were out of tomato for my sandwich and the employee wrote a hand-written message with a smiley face to explain and gave me a free biscuit as compensation :) very nice

for what you pay it's such a scam. they give you chicken that's all skin and bones. no meat

missing 2/5 items ordered, honestly very little attention to detail unfortunately. tasted fine what came, but seemed to be old.
