Next time I order a caramel macchiato could I maybe get it without the full one inch of EMPTY AIR in the cup? Since you charged me full price and all. Thanks.

A chicken sandwich was missing half of the toppings, but had almost a bottle of mayonnaise on it and the chicken was very overcooked

Good food overall...French fries taste old every time I order here though.
Sweet Tea is on point and really really appreciate that you follow the special requests perfectly every time.

A "large" Iced Caramel Macchiato only filled with a medium amount of liquid? Why offer a large if you only get a medium but get charged for a large? Oh, wait..... I get it now.
