Filet O Fish is my fav item from here - always made fresh so you know you're actually getting a nice cooked meal

The Diet Coke had hardly any syrup. Was not drinkable. The drink arrived looking like Sprite no way an aware worker wouldnt notice. At the high cost they charge for soda it should atleast be drinkable!

Biscuit and English muffin was hard as a rock taste like our food was just warmed up from before. Never had a problem with any other McDonald's only this one.

My egg sausages were hard, like yesterdays meal, ice coffee had no flavor and not stirred. It was so bad and nasty I gave my breakfast to my dogs. The quality of service and food have really gone hill at the McDonald's on Katella/Glassell I no longer go to it. I used to go all the time. I guess the managers and owners don't care. I understand the shortages. But don't give a longtime customer a hard, burrito for breakfast.
