Nuggets were nice and crispy and the fries were still warm considering the delivery time. Got all the sauce i asked for

Every time I order a 20 pc. Chicken McNuggets® there's always one nugget missing. It's happened so consistently that I've started counting the box every time I open it. I paid for 20 nuggets and keep getting 19 instead.

Both times I've ordered from this location this week my order hasn't had straws or napkins. When I ordered earlier this week my order was without both of the large fries I ordered as part of the meals. Tonight my sprite was room temperature and completely flat as if it had been sitting out for a while. Extremely disappointed with the consistent lack of quality from this location.

The French fries were cold and undercooked. That always disappoints me immensely. Even my dog who loves getting a French fry as a treat wouldn't eat his. The nuggets were bomb though.

I received 1 of 2 cheeseburgers in the "2 cheeseburger" value meal.
And an order or two prior to this, I was shorted a pie from the "holiday pie + apple pie" duo available on the menu. I didn't report that, I just let it go, but this seems to be becoming a thing.
It is disappointing the orders are not being checked for accuracy. This was a $54 order for multiple people. :-(
