• 9/3/23The packaging was secure and clean, my items were temperature controlled, cookies were kinda dry, hard to bite into and stale like they've been sitting for a few days. Fruit was frozen, and sweet. Overall satisfied.

• 6/23/26The pie was noticeably burnt, with the crust being much darker than expected and having a strong burnt taste. As a result, the flavor of the apple filling was overshadowed, and the pie was not enjoyable to eat.
I ordered the apple pie as a treat for my child, so it was especially disappointing to receive it in this condition. I have ordered apple pies from McDonald’s before and have generally had a positive experience, which is why this order was disappointing.
I understand that mistakes can happen during busy periods, but I hope greater attention can be given to cooking times and quality checks before items are served to customers.
I wanted to share this feedback so that similar issues can be avoided in the future and customers can continue to receive products that meet the expected standard of quality. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns.

• 2/26/26asked for bacon on the cheese burgers and bacon was overcooked like eating crunchy paper was not happy .. and the apple pies were very overcooked couldnt even eat them..

• 3/16/26They usually mess up my Spicy Habanero McChicken [470.0 Cals] but I was able to call and made sure they put the right sauce on the burger.

• 12/15/22I have gotten an Apple Fritter Donut [180.0 Cals] and they gave me a measly little donut with a napkin stuffed in it to make it seem bigger
