my Iced Caramel Coffee wasn't iced and i couldn't taste the extra liquid sugar i added.

I did not receive my hash browns. I immediately called and sent my dasher pictures of the contents and I thought the issue was going to be resolved, but it wasn't. I'm not happy I lost $6 on this order.
