my chips arrived cold and soggy, my cheeseburger was slapped together and not wrapped properly and there was more lettuce than anything else on my big Mac, this store take a no pride in  its food or how it is presented to their customers

our fries are not cooked, almost at all terrible taste the 2 cheese burgers looked terrible sauce was everywhere cheese hanging out i didn't get a photo of the cheese burgers as my children were hungry

no salt on fries, forgot the promo Fifa cups AGAIN, my bbq BACON burger had no bacon on it, and the hot chocolate and mocha were not properly labled and fairly sure the caramel was in the wrong one
