bun was not toasted, quater pounder meat was stuck and ripping apart, it had an unusual shape flat squished, no napkins.

My sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle arrived with no egg or cheese. My sausage mcmuffin with egg arrived without Egg. After reporting,they offered me a three dollar refund on a $15 order. So much for standing behind what you sell.

I ordered pancakes, and they sent them without syrup. This McDonald's is always a gamble with orders. Most of the time, they send incomplete items. It's the worst McDonald's in Arizona, and maybe in the United States as well. This the McDonald's in Douglas, AZ.

The double bacon quarter pounder meal was still warm when it arrived. I loved the way it was all packed so neatly in the delivery bag. I do wish you would give an option for "No Ice".
