Almost never get a completely accurate order. Most times there's still cheese on items where they're supposed to be removed, as was the case with today's Ranch Snack Wraps®, which was missing lettuce for no reason.
Instead of getting 2 2-packs (for a total of 4) of Apple Pies only received 2 single pies... which, turns out, were past their time stamp before I even started placing the order shortly after 5pm (use by was for 4:44). Fries also seemed old and were *very* cold upon arrival.
The only reason we ever order from here anymore is when the kids get to choose a dinner for takeout.

First time doordashing here, and it got here super quick, French Fries were fresh, Cheeseburger was made exactly how I asked & Caramel Frappe was delicious and had my extra drizzle!

Two days in a row they forgot 4 sauce cups that I got charged for. 8 cups in all I paid for and never received.

Everything was good excepted French Fries were stale and ice cold. And the portions of the fries were not a full large they were barley half full
