10 pc nuggets,iwanted extra crunchy/crispy.. its not super crispy BUT its freahwhich helps a lot

McNuggets were stale and rubbery. Messed up both my sweet tea and my sandwich. When I called to speak to them directly about it, they gave me an attitude and acted like it wasn't their fault.
