no straws for either drink, zero Ketchup Packet s which is an ongoing issue as I NEVER receive any condiments for my nuggets any time I request them so this time I ordered additional packages separately and still didn't receive any. literally had 1 tiny piece of lettuce on my qtr Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal and 3 onion slivers.

No sauce was included for the 20 piece nugget (3 come with it for no additional charge.)
An additional 5 dipping sauces were ordered and I paid for them; however, none were put in the bag. I reported the issue, they reviewed it, but nothing was done to make it right. They could have reimbursed me no matter how small the charge to make it right because they were at fault, but they didn't. That is disappointing and does not reflect well on the restaurant.

the food was cold . the buns were hard on the cheeseburgers. and so were the fries and they had no salt.

buns were burned and rock hard so had to eat the chicken cut up with a knife and fork rather than as a sandwich
