Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal was lukewarm, cheese barely melted and meat was very dry...fries for EVERY meal were cold. Grandma McFlurry® was melted and only a 3/4 filled. Terrible experience for how expensive it is now.

I asked for extra butter on my sandwich, but instead of putting the extra butter on the sandwich, they just threw packs of butter in the bag. While this seems minor, it's still inconvenient for me, because they did not include a untensil for me to add the butter. My food should be made the way I paid for it.

My order was made just the way I requested. Everything was perfect. The triple cheeseburger was delicious, I'll definitely order it again.

The fries tasted like fish. Clearly they are frying the filet o fish in the same oil as the fries, which they are NOT supposed to be doing

The chocolate milk I received was so dirty on all the outside. If the product is damaged it's obviously suppose to be thrown out. Why does it look so crusty and old.
