The classic Classic Cheeseburger Pack is a good value. The chocolate chip cookies were warm, gooey, and delicious. Quarter pounder with cheese was a bit cold but nothing 15 secs in the microwave couldn't fix. Caramel macchiatos and mango pineapple smoothie were cold, sweet, and perfect for a hot, humid day. One iced tea was missing but was easily rectified by a door dash credit. Overall a great experience!

my cheeseburger was smashed and had ketchup all over the top of the bun. my mocha frappe had so many chunks of ice in it I couldn't drink it through the straw. I wish they would take an extra second to blend it properly. I do not enjoy having to "chew" my drink.

BigArch was a big mess. It's clear they build it in the container by just slinging items on top of each other. No way you can pick it up. The flavor might be good if you could get 1 bite with all of the items. I won't be ordering the big mess again.

This is the second time that they have not completed my order that I paid for . I am missing 1 big breakfast with hotcakes and a hash brown. Paid and now I have to go drive to the store to see if I can get my food.

I ordered a strawberry shake and got a vanilla shake. The chicken was over cooked. The first time I got it, it was excellent!
