I received some of the driest, crunchy all the way through nuggets practically inedible. fries are the only edible thing, burger patty is also old and hardening, will be seeking a refund for this order.

This is the nicest McDonald's in McHenry. They actually care about the orders and generally respect the customers. I never have to wait very long and I enjoy sitting here spending time with my community.

I will say, McDonald's is the absolute best with DoorDash orders as far as making sure they're secure from someone tampering with your food. We had an issue with this before, and there's no way with McDonald's would that be even possible. Love that.

Sandwich was ehhh.... kinda cold and hash browns were soggy but the worst was the coffee.... really like the McCafe coffee, it's what we drink regularly. This time thou it was bitter with a nice added burnt favor.
