• 8/7/24This store quality has declined in the last 3 months. either the workers do not care or the owners do not care but the food portions are so small (fries filled 1/2 way, drinks filled 3/4 full & tastes like carbonized water when i ordered Coke® , hamburger buns thrown into the box & not evenly centered so that the burger spills all the lettuce onto the side of the box when you remove it), missing food from orders. The only reason to buy from this restaurant is the free promos - then it makes up for the lack of food.

Order arrived {PALO ALTO VA}, in a Large brown paper bag sealed on top with tape.inside is the Coca Cola in a drink holder & a smaller brown bag with the food ordered + Condiments & Sauces requested {Hopefully order is correct and they made my drink as ordered “Dirty”Coca Cola}.
Sausage McMuffin w/ Egg, I ADD Hash Brown and Cesar Sauce to it pouring the sauce over the sausage.
Steak Egg McMuffin I pour the Chili McCrispy strip Dip Sauce over the Steak 🥩
Fried Apples 🍎 Pie, nice and. Crispy outer layer with Apple filling
Large Coca Cola { ADD cold foam, ADd Vanilla Syrup } unfortunately they forgot the cold foam and vanilla syrup😣

• 8/21/26Ordered a BigMac meal. Requested no straw to be environmentally conscious. Still got one, but it was a paper straw which was fine (I set it aside). Asked for ketchup as shown on the packing list but didn't receive any. When I opened the burger package, it had a lot of McD's secret sauce. As I took some off, I also took off the first layer of brown lettuce; the second layer fine.
Not what I expected from the restaurant I would frequent. DoorDash delivery was great. The meal was fine to deal with; just giving feedback.

• 3/27/26No flavor doesn't taste like much. The fries are underdone no salt overall I would say this is garbage. I would've gotten something better from like Burger King. Which I don't really love, but there's really no flavor in this hamburger for him.

• 8/11/24The 2 Sausage Burrito Meal was very well wrapped, unlike other burritos. Everything was good, including the Hot Picante Salsa and Apple Slices.
