I'm not sure what's going on lately, but it seems like 1 in 3 times, the order will be wrong. If you have an allergy (such as dairy) and request your items without cheese, it's a coin-flip as to whether or not they'll bother making the correct exclusions. They used to be better than this.
Also, look at that "double quarter pounder" picture. The patties are NOTHING like that any more. They look like regular big-mac patties. They were so thin, I took one out, and even with the ketchup/mayo and stuff on it, it only weighed in at less than 2.5 ounces. I understand that some of the weight gets cooked out, and the quarter pound is the weight before cooking, but the patties are definitely just smaller now. I took pictures, but doordash doesn't allow me to attach them to the review.
The nuggets are still the same as always, so no complaints there, but they won't be enough to get me to come back to McDonald's any more.

This was the quantity of Fries straight out of the sealed bag. Literally between a 1/2 and 2/3 full.

The crispy chicken sandwich was not very good. The bun was burnt so bad I could taste it and the chicken was tough!

Order incomplete once again. Ordered 3 breakfast sandwich meals.. all the meals were missing the hash browns. Missing a medium Iced Tea. This McDonald's needs better training when packing the meals. Missing food and drinks is this particular McDonald's MO even when going through the drive-thru. I would use another McDonald's but this one is close to my house. I paid for a complete meals.
