The Big Mac® Meal and
10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® consistent with past orders although the French fries were a little underdone. Ordered one of the new refreshers for my beverage was a nice change as well.

The fish meal was fine no complaints but my Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal came with the burger burnt around the edges and my Dr Pepper was all carbonation no soda what so ever this is the first time I've ever had problems but was definitely a little disappointed

I DoorDash very frequently and McDonalds has hands down provided the best customer service each order. Order is always processed accurately and packed neatly upon arrival. Thank you!

Ordered the Big Mac® Meal, 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® and Sweet Tea Lemonade which were a quick, satisfying and low cost meal. Wish you could order a large for the beverage but regular/small for the fries though.

I've ordered three times this year (via Door Dash) from this location. The first time my simple order of two meals was correct, the food was fresh and tasty. The second time I ordered the fries were cold and barely any sauce on the Big Mac sandwhich. In this order the drinks were inside of medium size cups instead of large and the cups were filled a third of the way with ice. I paid for two large meals (Big Mac meal & 2 Cheeseburgers meal) on top of a price markup. I do not like complaining to the 3rd party (Door Dash) about something being wrong with my order. However, customer service has not improved at this location (Truxel Rd). I tried to give this location another try with a different carrier/service and New Year, but it appears that the staff that prepares/bags the meal are nonchalant and appear to care less. I'm assuming that management either looks the other way, or makes it a horrible working conditions that some staff simply do not care how customers receive their food, if at all. (I wish the cameras were utilized for every complaint, so the staff member can be informed.) It looks like I will be making future purchases from the Northgate McDonald's location for 2024.
