McCrispy™ was burned, fries were completely cold. It was pretty obvious that half of the10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® were fresh and the rest were old and dried out. Ordered honey mustard, but received honey instead. Big Mac® Meal sandwich was messy and falling apart. EVERYTHING was cold, even though the Dasher had to wait like half an hour for the food.

Is there anyway to make the biscuit a little bit softer? I have to rip pieces off of it because I can't fight into it. It's too hard. No I have no teeth but any other time I can eat the biscuit with no problem. They've been getting harder and harder each time I order are they giving me old ones

20 pc. Chicken McNuggets® was super chewy that it felt like I was chewing on tree bark. The Hamburger was rubbery. they also put cheese on the Big Mac® that was requested to have none. super disappointed.

My nephew had the Mc griddles, and by the time I got to take a picture he had already had them gone, lol but let me tell you they were great. And we would order it definitely again. The portions are great and it was fresh.

Fries were cold and I order no salt so they are fresh plus I live 6.5 blocks away. Ketchup pack was broken inside bag and I don't think it was the dashers fault because the bags were in perfect condition and stuck neatly by my door. Tea and burgers were good.
