The big breakfast is usually quite good, but this time, the eggs and sausage were terribly overcooked and had a slightly burnt taste.

The bag was not properly sealed, there was a gap large enough to fit a hand and the fries were half full.

The BIG ARCH™ Meal was good but I really wouldn't say it's any better or different tasting than any other burger you'd get from there

Not happy with my quarter pounder it was completely raw on the inside. Very disappointed as we have never had an issue like this from this restaurant.

I ordered the two cheese burger meal and received it to my home with fries and drink only, no burgers. I cant fathom how you forget the primary part of the meal. The fries were undercooked, very cold and soft. Definitely disappointed with the quality of food and customer services these days
