• 3/1/26The caramel frappe didn't have any flavor just tasted like frozen ice. I get them a lot even when I'm in town so I know what they're supposed to taste like also, the apple pie was harder as a rock. The apples were like dried apple apples that pie had to be three or four days old.

• 12/5/25I ordered a large and got a medium. I requested no Mac sauce on the Big The Grinch™ Big Mac® Meal but it had it had Mac sauce on it. the fries are soggy and cold. they made my Dasher wait in line for at least 20 to 30 minutes while my food was already prepared so it just sat there and got cold. the double cheeseburger and fries were both cold and Soggy and the Nuggets were cold and Soggy. that's what that's what happens when they sit inside of a closed bag of a long period of time rather than being made fresh like everyone else's food.

• 10/25/24strangest mcflurry ive ever had. the m&ms werent mixed in at all and just sprinkled on top. fries were stale, overcooked, and unsalted.

• 11/16/25the double wasburnt,crunchy,(a patty should not crunch)cold,the cheese was stiff, the chicken on the mc crispy was mc nasty. again cheese tha looks like its beenon this sandwich since lunch.stif, hard. nuggets.i couldn't bitte through them. they wereso he meat inside was clearly suffering from shriveling from the heat lamp.
