• 3/3/23I regularly order muffins for breakfasts since they're amazing and less expensive than a 6-pack from the local grocery stores.
They didn't have 6 muffins (not unusual — the muffins are delicious!) so they called and asked what I'd be okay with subbing in instead of just assuming.
I chose cookies (keep better than the mini-doughnuts, and the apple pies don't reheat well), so they made a fresh bunch & put them in a perfectly sized McNugs box! My ferrets were delighted by the extra box.
Quick tip(s) for readers:
Jr. Cheeseburgers reheat well in the microwave (11s one side, flip and put on for another 11s).
Jr. Chickens do fairly well too, but make sure you order them without toppings if you plan to reheat them.

• 12/21/24things were missing.
one hot chocolate, but the one we got was more like warm milk with mint.
a rootbeer was missing
the portion was normal instead of the special!
didn't get our mcflurry.
we should of been contacted. would of ordered elsewhere.

• 11/6/25I had ordered jam to go with my English Muffin [170-170 Cals]. Sadly, there was no jam included with the order. The lack of thoroughness seems to be an increasing problem. Of the last six orders I've placed across a variety of platforms, only ONE was complete and correct. One of the platforms said they were immediately refunding the cost of the incorrect or misding item, but those funds have yet to show up as the credits I requested. Customer service should still matter.

• 7/25/25paid for extra Nugget Sauce [140.0 Cals] didn't get it, didn't get the Mayo-Style Sauce Packet [100.0 Cals] I asked for either. workers need to pay better attention
