• 6/25/26Our ice cream was melted but fine even though the driver was late and failed to update us in a timely manner. Totally NOT a McDonalds issue. The McDonalds on MCAS Cherry Point Havelock NC always offers amazing service and the quality of food is always stellar, well-packaged, etc!!

• 11/14/25The 10 piece chicken nuggets were missing from our order. This happens so often that I am considering a call to the franchise owner. I could see if this were occasionally happening, but the food has been missing from my orders a lot!
