Saraland, Al store July 2026. Recently tried to eat a Monster burger and fries. Ordered at 12:20 pm. They gave me an old, leathery burger with someone elses toppings. The fries were stuck together and stale. Even the apple pies were bad--mostly crust; very little apple. Wont be reordering!

The burger was hard and sloppy, the fries were stale and bland and the nuggets were like eating rubber.

This store constantly leaves out the coffee from breakfast orders and short changes the bacon strips. They add creamer to the coffee without request .

Food wasn't fresh , gave me the wrong drink and the drink was watered down , hot n spicy was on point
