The fries were old and extremely cold and shriveled up. They came in the bag upside down. Couldn't have tipped over because the bag was stuffed to the brim. My burgers were half wrapped and falling out of the paper so began to get cold. And no straws. I paid for two spicy wraps and they sent one spicy one caesar wrap.

My fries were half empty, and they were super greasy and soggy. I don't think I'd order from that particular location. My burgers also tasted old and were smashed.

I got a Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal with a Large Coke, A 6ct 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® with sweet n sour, and a 1 Cookie everything was cooked perfectly the burger was good and everything was in my order I would definitely order again I also get a mcChicken everything was good and the driver was quick

I live less than 3 miles away from this store, I get myself and my kids there dinner or lunch from here sometimes if we're on the road, now i understand being understaffed or not having the personel who is trained to do the job... however this is the 17th order that I have placed in the last 3 months from this store specifically, and it seems the staff DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING, for me to have placed 17 orders and all of them be wrong is atrocious, from tonight forward I will be reviewing each and every single order I place, and will be requesting refunds and other such amenities accordingly, we as customers pay for all the add ons and extras and regardless of the fact that onions cost an extra .37 ish cents and to get mayo added onto a burger is around the same, which would otherwise be free if you asked for a mayo packet and to not have those two single additives on your order when you order the same exact meal each time is wrong, shame on you McDonald's!!!!!!

Usually this mcdonalds does a good job however for the Deluxe Spicy McCrispy™ Meal they didnt put chicken on it. They used a hamburger patty so it wasnt eaten and thrown away. Not very happy since I paid 13 dollars for the meal. Fries were great and Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Mealwas perfect. Just the spicy chicken sandwich was not chicken.
