I'm a creature of habit, so the egg and muffin and cold brew always hits the spot for me. It's my favorite breakfast in Burbank by far. My wife got the crunchy french toast today and can't wait to get it again. It was decadent and leaves you wanting more without being too heavy.

I got the Crunchy French Toast. which was surprisingly delicious the challah bread definitely makes a difference it taste like fluffy goodness. It's actually very filling as well they give you 4 huge pieces that are warm and taste fresh off the stove. I also got the Egg and Muffin after seeing all the good reviews I am a vegetarian so I got it without meat which it's still really good I usually hate runny eggs but in this sandwich it was actually good! Lastly I got the Vanilla Flavored Latte with almond milk and personally it had very little creamer and was a bit too strong for my liking but still good if you don't like your lattes super sweet. I'm definitely coming back for the french toast was by far the star of the show 10/10 and staff is very polite which you don't see too often nowadays overall really happy I tried this place!!

Everything here is fantastic. The pastry chef Maria is from Guatemala and she trained at LA Trade Tech in the French style. The Almond Croissant is a masterpiece with a lightly crispy shell and soft flavorful and aromatic filling. Banana Loaf Slice is excellent and so is the Breakfast Quesadilla and and Egg and Muffin. It's all amazing good .

Disappointing Chilaquiles this time. On the menu, it shows beans and avocado as ingredients and I did not remove them on the selection of ingredients. Thank goodness I ordered tofu (for $4+) as a special addition since this would not have been very filling or balanced meal otherwise. I also did not realize the Chilaquiles only come with one egg so something to note for future order. The tinga bowl for my partner looks better so recommend that one for online orders but no tofu/vegetarian option offered for meat selection.

Miracle Bakery is my absolute favorite neighborhood eatery. Their Egg and Muffin sandwhich and Matcha Tea are my favorite items but everything is delicious, including their donuts and othet pastries. The owners are really friendly and remember your name :)
