Bucket balls were very oily and lacked a dip which would distract from their additive puff ball treat we didn't know we needed. The dog with avocados was amazing. Philly was a nice change up. loved the pretzel buns.

we got several sandwiches and they were subpar. The Heater was supposed to have jalapeños and serranos, it had neither. the New York Steakhouse Sandwich was sweet and had 1 onion ring. the BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich that was an absolute mess with the chicken not even on the sandwich fully. the Chicken Bacon Ranch was actually decent. all of them are supposed to have pretzel buns according to the pictures and only 2 had them and they were hard and seemingly microwaved. overall the food was not what was advertised and was mediocre ihop food. The Ball Bucket was the best part. those little balls were light and fluffy and wonderful.
