A while back we ordered from here and had made a mistake on the order. We actually had a terrible experience talking to the kids working at doordash, but the people at Mr Sub were incredibly helpful and fixed our problem for us.
I've been going to the location near the parkway mall for a long time, off and on, and have always had great food and friendly service. This is one of my two favorite spots in the city.

Very good sub at a fair price... whole wheat bread not as good as Quiznos/Firehouse Subs, so see if u can copy them.

There were a lot of toppings,(I order a veggie sub so that's the most important part) but today the bread was day old at least. Hard and not enjoyable. Usually this location is great.

I odered a Small Roast Beef & Cheddar Sub Combo without any toppings. What I recv'd was very flat & lacking meat. Not what I expected at all! Although I added a bit of HP sauce, so it tasted good.
