The final product was nothing like the pictures and not worth the exorbitant prices. For the near $12 prices for just the burgers I expected high quality.
Meat patty itself was just horribly underseasoned. They just threw ground beef straight from the package on to the grill. The patty also had zero grill marks or signs of caramelization, it was as though they cooked it on low heat. The meat was grey, and not a expected caramelized brown - - on par with Macdonald's meat patties but asking for gourmet burger prices.
Additonally, the advertised pictures suggest a smashed burger, but the burger patty was not touched at all.
I would rather have McDonald's, Wendy's, A&W rather than this.
Poor experience overall, and the asking prices just made it worse. My order was $70. 9f which my burger and fry combo alone (with no drink) was above $20.

Burger was undercooked (still pink in places). Paid extra for bacon and lettuce, maybe got a pinch of lettuce and one piece of back.

I ordered from here before and it was great. This time around the burger and fries were overly seasoned where it looked it was piled on. I won't be ordering from here again.

the Nashville chicken tender sandwich was mostly breading and barely any chicken!
