Ordered three burgers, a chicken sandwich, three orders of crinkle fries and cookies. Received a plain, dry chicken sandwich, three orders of regular fries and 1/4th of a burger on a Krystal sized bun (they literally took a patty, cut it into 4 pieces and put one piece on the tiny little bun...). With all the fees, it totaled $80 for 1.25 sandwiches and three orders of fries.

I've ordered from them on a few occasions and the food is usually good. I've even gave them a good review in the past but when my food was delivered today, my burger patties were BURNT. I mean BLACK TO A CRISP BURNT. For the price, I would expect better from your kitchen staff.

We loved the burgers, aside from the buns being slightly too toasted, but I'd still give the burgers themselves five stars. The fries were not great. They weren't crinkle fries and they weren't seasoned like we ordered. We even took them back in (we did pick up, not delivery) and asked for seasoned and they said there was just one type. So who knows. But the fries we received didn't resemble the photos or description at all. Overall, I did enjoy the burger enough to return.

Personally think there was too much seasoning on the fries. The Chicken Sandwich Combo overall tasted good but it was a very dry texture. Really really wanted to try a burger, but none of them have the option to remove the cheese or other ingredients in general.
