They followed instructions this time. My livers were tinder not hard and I had my extra gravy over them as I asked. Hats off to the crew tonight! Everything was hot and fresh and seasoned! 5 🌟 I will order again to see if they get it right 2 times in a row. 1st time was a flop. But this time was A+Two Piece Dinner Combo A+ Livers

I've never had any issues with this establishment until this order. The 8 piece is my go to but on this order the chicken tasted like leftover chicken that was warmed up in the oil. I don't know if it was because I ordered right at lunch time or not but I was not satisfied with the quality of freshness with the chicken.
