Firstly Ms Korea this offering is amazing! I came from Brisbane and ordered Maru Pork Dosirak every week and until now with the introduction of you signature set there was nothing like it here in Hobart - I thought it was excellent. I also came into your store and had it but wondered how it would come as a takeaway.
If I may suggest, some of the accompaniments might be a bit much for the general Hobartians public. Again, I loved it but there are some things that are super hot! I can share with you a photo of what I ordered from Maru Brisbane every week if it helps as it was absolutely awesome! This was great -with a little tweaking it will be perfect! Thank you :) more of green seawweed, mayo cold noodles, etc. I have added a photo of a Maru set for your visibility.

The presentation was great. The flavours were good however there were only about 4 tiny bits of soy bbq tofu in the bowl so that was disappointing.
