Chana were too dry without liquid tari. Kulcha was full of moisture and became soft with no crunch in it packing should be done in cardboard box to keep smoke out.

The foo was very very late and was no good at all. We garbage it. We called the resturent to ask for the reason for late and they told us that channa was 2 days old and they were reheating it and it was damaged, so they were making new channa. But it was very bad still.

Chicken Tikka Roll was not so good not so bad need some more spices
Amritsari Kulcha Plate was good but they can reduce coria seeds in Amritsari Kulcha

Order a masala dosa and it was not as expected, complete waste of money. Would recommend ordering from elsewhere.
