I had a few delivery from this shop. Was happy with the first order, but food is getting worse. I ordered fried chicken, bulgogi and feaking hot for last two orders, chicken was smelly and some meat tasted like industrial oil, bulgogi sauce was so little. not good any more. totally wasted money.

Dear Nene Chicken Team,
I have been a regular customer and usually order from your store. In the past, the chicken portions I received were the same size as those served during dine-in, which I really appreciated.
However, in my order today, the chicken pieces were noticeably much smaller than usual. This was quite disappointing as it was not consistent with the portion size I normally receive.
I would appreciate it if you could please look into this issue and ensure consistency in portion sizes for takeaway orders as well.

Chicken is great but pretty sad they can't even afford to give small sides of radish and coleslaw anymore for the order of $48.

We got the boneless chicken which was great! But the little coleslaw we got with it was spoiled this time :( the dressing and veggies had definitely gone off
