The Pork Tomahawk was juicy and tender! The portion was huge and should feed 2-3 and love the fried onion on top along with Vietnamese style sauce. The Chicken Wings and Beef Tongue Fried Rice were also super tasty! Highly recommend for a nice dinner treat and I want to dine-in next!

Meat was super tough.. not a good cut at all. Too much pepper flavor in the sauce - not balanced. Too much cinnamon in the pate. The flavors did not meld very well. Portions were good though.

The Salted Egg Yolk Pasta - Crab wasn’t quite the same as the first time I tried it at Gem Dining. This time, they used udon noodles instead. The sauce was noticeably different thicker and oilier, whereas the previous version had a creamier texture and flavor that I preferred. But I like Kei concepts ever since been to each one of them and never fails to surprise me with the other dish they put on their menu.
