You get a good size portion for the money but to me it was just okay. The overall freshness was a bit concerning, the chicken fried rice and ribs was dry. Putting duck sauce on helped. The chicken in the rice tasted weird so I removed it. The crab ragoon has more of an oniony flavor versus sweet. So it depends on personal preference whether you will like it or not. This was my first time trying New Ho Toy and it was soooo good. The Spring Roll was crispy and flakey. And the Shrimp Lo Mein was flavorful. Portions were great for the price and my food arrived hot!! I'm very pleased!

This used to be my favorite place but the food quality is not good. My food arrived hot, but the texture of the Beef Teriyaki was chewy and not good. The chicken in the Chicken Chow Mein (Vegetables) was almost inedible, didn't even resemble chicken. Good portions but I will not order again.

I gave this restaurant a second chance but the General Tso's Chicken very spicy version had no heat at all. It's decent but not worth spending that much. The white rice was okay but I had better. Also, I don't understand why there is no option for pork fried rice. It's the perfect pair with General Tso's Chicken. The Scallion Pancake was really good though. It tasted pretty fresh and flavorful. But then again for that price, I would hesitate to buy it.
