• 6/12/26I bought a large Chinese Honey Sesame Chicken (3181 kJ) received about over half full of rice with 8pieces of chicken balls. No eggs in the fried rice. I usually get a great one from other NoodleBox and this one was disappointing.
I've only eaten one chicken ball below like come on. Spent over $30 including delivery to get this stingy as bowl

• 4/13/26Bland flavouring. Very minimal vegetables and noodles hard. Didn't taste very fresh. Would not order again- the quality of boxes has gone down over the years. Very small box now for a lot of money and pretty much a box of all noodles. Rang the store to change order slightly- which took about 5 minutes as the phone line was so awful we couldn't hear what was being said.

• 8/11/22Pad Thai noodles overcooked and too many. They took over the dish and a lot of flavour was lost with so many noodles. Satay & rice was dry and not much flavour. Too much rice again which took away the flavour. All in all it was a meal of slightly flavoured boiled rice and mushy noodles. Chicken was sporadic at best throughout both dishes. Sorry team.

• 9/4/25Chicken Pad Thai was terrible, the sauce tasted watered down and lacked the authentic pad thai flavour.
The Kway Teow contained large chunks of raw onion. Portion size - boxes are a lot smaller than other noodle box venues and BBQ steamed buns tasted okay but are mini steamed buns, not full sized steamed buns.
First time buying from here and it was very disappointing.
Sorry but we will not be repeat customers.
