Got the "juicy" pork buns and they taste delicious. The quotes around juicy was the fact no juice came out when I took a nibble of the dumpling. Mind you this could have been due to the juice being absorbed during transport. Other than that, really good. Had similar dishes from some other places in the area and so far Noodle St is the only one that provided julienned ginger. Great job!
The chashu pancake was pretty good.
The cucumber was nice and flavorful.

The Garlic String Beans is a must. I would order that every time. Chicken Stir Fry was ok, not much chicken pieces. We enjoyed the Beef Roll Pancake which comes loaded with lots of cilantro and onion. Steamed Pork Cabbage Dumplings and Steamed Shrimp Dumplings were both delicious; the skin is on the thicker side however. Order arrived at my doorstep reasonably quick

WOW, spot on. The Spicy Beef Noodle soup is soooo good, flavorful, tender, and great value. The Cucumber Salad is just fresh, crunchy, and just right. Will be back when I'm in town. I don't think I've ever had to stop eating to write a review. It's that good.

This time I tried the stir fry w/tofu. Huge portions....BUT....if each plate is 10-16 bucks, I would like MORE PROTEIN!
I mean, flame broiler packs the tofu in every time. I got 5 med/small pieces of tofu.

Spicy Beef Noodle - great flavor and love the knife cut noodles! Delicious! Definitely skimped on the beef though and broth is a little oily for my preference.
Stir Fry Noodle - good but a little too sweet. Needs some heat.
