The pop-up flavor of gluten free lemon raspberry is delicious and such a treat to have a 2nd gluten free flavor to choose from!! It is rare to find such a moist gluten free cake. I hope they bring out more gluten free flavors going forward. Perhaps carrot cake, key lime or banana chocolate chip? Any variety in gluten free choices is always appreciated!
