Loved every cold bite! Ice cream was cold and delicious and stayed frozen. Loved that most! Will be back for more deliciousness.

The milkshake was thick, creamy and delicious. It was so large that I think I'll order a smaller one next time.
The brownie was so rich and chocolatey that I thought I had died and gone to heaven; and the scoop of ice cream was perfection. This is the Oberweis I remember from the 1990's.

The store was out of one of the items I ordered. No big deal. A similar item was available for substitute and the staff was very professional in addressing this.
The cappuccino I ordered was surprisingly unimpressive considering its price. I tried some of my girlfriend's shake and that was absolutely delicious. The next day I tried some of the 2% cottage cheese and.. found it to be very odd. The texture and taste both felt off. I double checked the expiration date to be sure. In the end I finished it off but there are other brands I prefer at the same price

Ordered two large hot fudge sundaes (14.00)
We received one scoop of ice cream in a very large cup. Right cup--wrong serving size.
DoorDash provided a credit, but it's the store's fault for not providing the correct order.
Paid 28.00 + tax + fees + tip = 46.00 for two small scoops of vanilla ice cream. Downers Grove Oberwise--please do better.

The ice cream in both sundaes was mostly liquid. (We paid for direct delivery and live nearby). We also were sent an incorrect flavor.
The last time we ordered from this store, both sundaes were identical; one scoop vanilla and one scoop cherry. They arrived mostly melted and all of the ice cream was cherry.
In the past year, the quantity and quality vary, they don't make a sundae the same way twice. Sometimes you get whipped cream, sometimes you order two scoops and get one, and many times, it arrives melted. Sometimes the hot fudge is in the bowl and sometimes it's in a cup on the side. When we've called the store, they say, yeah, sorry.
Don't waste your money or your time at this location.
