The crepe itself is soft and subtly sweet. Think of it as being similar to a pancake, but being significantly thinner, and the dough itself has a more controlled sweetness. I think some people might consider it plain, though, but I prefer a less overly sweet treat as desserts in the U.S. tend to be overloaded with sugar. Besides, the chocolate drizzle and fruits more than make up for it. I also appreciated the fresh fruits! I tried crepes at a different, popular spot in Bellingham a few times and the fruit was always soggy and starting to taste off, so this small difference left a better impression on me. Thanks!

for some reason I didn't expect the cheesecake to be actual cheesecake inside my coffee but it was a nice addition. love this place. favorite spot, especially for their teas!

keeps tasting like very different levels of sweet when i order the same thing. also light ice used to be much less ice, maybe it's just an employee instead of actual menu changes. (anytime the owner makes it, 10/10)
