Jaspreet makes this the best Osmow's in Toronto.
I used to order from Osmow's a lot but stopped when the quality dropped. I recently gave the 611 Queen St W location another try, called ahead both times, and spoke with Jaspreet. Both orders were out of this world: generous portions, extra saucy, fresh off the spit, and packed with care.
She's professional, kind, and genuinely goes above and beyond to get your order right. She's the reason this is the best Osmow's I've been to. Talk to Jaspreet and you'll be set.

The lamb box Oz box is just a real showstopper. The flavour is immense and I cannot say enough about how it just fills you up and you don't get hungry.

I ordered a super size for the Chicken Shawarma Wrap. I order this item frequently. This time I got a regular Chicken Shawarma Wrap and the quality was stale. Not sure what happened this time around, the place is usually good.
