• 1/12/25The R2. Miso Ramen was delectable! It comes with the broth separate and does have a small amount of noodles included in the dish. I only used about half the broth I was provided with and am thrilled to have leftovers.
The only thing I didn't like was the red ginger, but that was due to personal preference and texture. Not the restaurant or how it was prepared.

• 12/29/25So glad I tried the Shrimp Tempura Udon and the Thai Iced Tea. As the Thai Iced Tea is that very authentic classic I have been seeking in the area. You can tell it's all fresh ingredients. The Shrimp Tempura Udon was so delicious and the packaging and presentation was done very well. Lovely broth in the Udon and the shrimps were very flavorful and large. Will be ordering again.

• 8/17/25The Gyoza were a bit smaller than I've had, but the filling was extremely flavorful. The R1. Tonkotsu Ramen was the best I've had. They packaged broth separately, so everything traveled well. The eggs and the pork belly were perfectly cooked.

• 7/16/24The R1. Tonkotsu Ramen was quite possibly the best I've had in the entire state of Oregon. I won't lie, it brought actual tears to my eyes when I tasted how deep and flavorful the broth was. New favorite spot, worth every cent.
