Excellent meal! The chicken was tender and juicy, the vegetables were the perfect amount of doneness. Very delicious food and prepared with care.

Food is delicious, Vegetable Spring Roll was great, and the sauce to go with it was also good. Nice size portion for the lunch special, also. My food was ready really fast and still hot and fresh. I like eating at Otani, so I will be ordering again.

I will never try this place again. Small portions for the money. Cut myself 2 times opening the to go container. The sweet n sour chicken is popcorn chicken on veggies. The sauces are not authentic. Very expensive for horrible taste.

I haven't eaten from this place in over a year and I am hoping that this is a one time instance . The oil that the tempura was cooked in tasted and smelled bitter (like it was on it's last leg)! It ruined my lunch experience and I did not enjoy it at all ! The soup was just ok...not as good as what I've had there before.
