• 7/22/24Literally started eating my food as soon as I picked it up not only did the meatballs taste like they've been sitting out and are cold the pizza is burnt on the bottom and alls i can taste is burnt ... awful

• 1/30/24These burnt pizzas came from congress st store. I called Them and was told to contact you. Ottos is our favorite pizza but we usually get it at a different location.

• 3/5/25Charges an additional $5.00/per LG pie for doordash orders. Expect a lot of burnt conrnmeal on the bottom of your crust.
