Hi! I wanted to share some feedback about my recent Panda Express order because the food quality was really disappointing this time.

The Honey Walnut Shrimp portion was extremely small (only about 4 shrimp total even though it’s a premium entrée), the Orange Chicken was very dark and tasted like it was fried in old oil, the Chow Mein was dry and hard, and the Fried Rice tasted stale and unpleasant. Overall, the food just didn’t taste fresh at all.

I didn’t get a photo before eating, but I’ve ordered these same items before and they’ve always been much better. 

— I love Panda Express, but this was a big letdown.

Normalmente pido este plato y viene muy completo, esta vez la carne con brócoli solamente venía un poquito de carne y el resto solo brócoli y mucho más arroz. Realmente es desconcertante por que siempre he tenido un buen servicio pero es la segunda vez que me pasa y no estoy satisfecha.

I got my order but the spicy orange chicken had to be old or sitting out for hours so. Most of it was dried up and really crunchy hard crispy pieces of chicken. A lot of it didn't even have chicken in it. Very disappointing. Still giving three stars cause everything else was fine and usually when I order from here, the food is fresh so I guess this was a one off.

More cabbage than noodles in the chow mein, barely any chicken (maybe a 1/2 scoop), and no fortune cookie.
