The Bigger Plate was supposed to be double Honey Walnut Shrimp and one Orange Chicken. 
When it arrived there were 7 pieces of shrimp and the rest was packed with chicken. 
Normally it would not be a problem, but the fact that they do charge extra for each order or the shrimp made it a bit disappointing... and them not answering the phone when called (I guess they were busy), was even more so. 
But the shrimp was good, as was the chicken.

Usually when you order a "beef & broccoli" plate with white rice you'd expect to receive a fair amount of beef especially considering the extra cost. Instead they gave me this depressing broccoli only bowl with only 4 pieces of beef. I'm not a picker eater and necessarily don't care but usually when I order from this place they give me a good amount of portion that's fair. This however wasn't.

I would definitely order this again. I'm not sure if it was the cooks or if the food didn't sit as long before being plated, but they got it right this time. The chicken egg roll was fresh and crunchy—not soggy or stale like it's been in the past. The rest of the meal was great too. The mushroom chicken was a little too soupy and had more sauce than anything else, but everything else made up for it. Overall, this was a much better experience than my previous orders.

I guess I ordered at the wrong time because the rice was gross, hard and no flavor nothing. The chicken teriyaki as dry as it can be. Always order panda and just seems like everyone wanted to leave and just gave me bad food and customer service. Too bad!

Panda is a timeless classic if you're already into that style of a quick bite. Quite macro friendly too, if that's the mission. When they're on the ball, they're really good! 
 
Sadly the last couple times their Teriyaki chicken have had a couple bits of bone with what seems to be their ever-shrinking portion size, along with their noodles having been consistently  more cabbage than chow mein to absolute nauseam
